Through the Sipping Glass: The Science of Stemware

Join us for an engaging tasting that showcases how glassware can elevate your wine experience. Sample five wines, first in a simple water glass, then in a varietal-specific glass, and discover how aromas and flavors transform. Compare decanted vs. non-decanted red wine to see the impact of aeration, then finish with a sparkling wine, where the right glass enhances its delicate bubbles.

This experience is offered Friday through Monday, 12:00pm to 3:00pm.

The Explorer Experience

Experience Tinhorn Creek Vineyards with our new introductory flight. Learn about our heritage, our wines, and our approach as you savour a trio of wines from our Estate and Reserve collections. This is the perfect opportunity to discover new wines and to add them to your cellar.

This experience is offered Friday through Monday, 12:00pm to 3:00pm.

Saber and Sparkle Experience

Under the guidance of one of our knowledgeable team members, you’ll discover the secrets and history behind sabrage, a technique that once captivated nobility. Your group will learn and saber in our picnic area overlooking our vineyards, and then get to enjoy your sabred bottled on our patio.

This experience is offered Fridays, 12:00pm to 3:00pm. One guest per booking will learn how to saber.
