The Fine Print

Guest House Lodge Policies

  • Check-in: 4:00 pm
  • Check-out: 11:00 am
  • Adults Only: To ensure a peaceful environment, our guesthouse is for adults only.
  • No Pets: While we love animals, we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home.
  • No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is permitted outside only.
  • Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee will apply if our no-pet or no-smoking policies are violated.

Terms & Conditions

Damages

Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment, and or property will be charged at the full, new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any repair or replacement costs will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest.

No Events/Party Policy

To ensure the safety and enjoyment for our guests and our neighbours anything above the occupancy limit is defined as a party. One polite request will be given to reduce noise, thereafter the guest will forfeit all fees and may be asked to leave.

Billing

Full payment is required, including a 250.00 cleaning fee, for all bookings two weeks prior to check-in and is non-refundable. Payment will be charged to the credit card associated with your reservation. Additional charges for any wine enjoyed from the wine bar, or any damages, will be charged to the same credit card following check-out.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Booking will be charged in full 14 days prior to the date of arrival and is non refundable. Cancellations/changes within 30 days prior to the date of arrival will be responsible for the entire balance of the reservation.
Refunds are not provided in the event of “no shows” or early check-outs.

Cancellation of Reservations by Tinhorn Creek

In the event it may be necessary to cancel your reservation due to fires, natural disasters, accidental double booking or urgent repairs we will inform you at the earliest opportunity and will ensure a full refund of monies paid.
